Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds, replacements or exchanges are available for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving a faulty or damaged item and provide photographs where requested.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
